I am ordering dinner. What do you think I should try? I habe never eaten from this restaurant.

We just bought a second home in Palm Desert and came across this restaurant. We have eaten here maybe six times in the last eight months. This service and food has always been excellent. They make us egg fo young when they are not busy and it is delicious.
The food has always been tasty, fresh, hot, not greasy when we eat there.

Had the orange chicken, beef chow fun and chicken fried rice as take out. All three dishes were very good and we enjoyed them very much. I feel like this restaurant deserves more than 3 1/2 stars, I had a great experience and we'll definitely visit again.

First time eating here and it was great! Great service and great food. We had the black pepper chicken, orange chicken and veggie lo mein. Best black pepper chicken and lo mein I've ever had! Water glasses were always full! Reasonable prices.

Now sure Orange Chicken may not be ''Exactly wot one wood get in some Chinese joint in China - Yet there it might not even be Real Chicken if you get my drift.
At least in USA you can be sure it's not Cat or Dog or Rat and who don't like that cloy sweet Orange sauce that demands some large amount of White Rice to deal with that Orange Goop - Oh and Trader Joes sells a version that ain't so rful sweet and they smart cause they supply the sauce and you get to dribble it on instead of it coming all over covered with that Goop to the max.

I AM an excellent researcher as my very filled wallet proves.
I am also very good as a home cook and that includes Chinese food -
I remember a famous Chef telling me what he could do in USA with food was so much more better than where he was born because of access to far more better ingredients then where he came from - So one may actually cook a Chinese item more better than as found in China

I always order small chicken fried rice, 4 fried chicken wings and an egg roll with some hot mustard to go on it. Oh and a diet Coke to wash it all down with while I watch reruns of Adam-12 :-)
