Sometimes I think I see things that are there in the minds of people which they aren't even aware of themselves. I notice it because i obsessively self ruminate about my own feelings and thoughts which sometimes makes me discover things about myself which makes it clear why I really do things. Then I see much older people doing the very same things, the things I do for reasons I know, except they still don't know why they do it.
