Once on youtube, there was a guy all serious about a large purchase of these so called mini guillotines which the US government made, supposedly for cutting paper. I can understand how that's going to raise some eyebrows but this guy, on youtube, he was thinking that they were going to be used by "the elites" to cut off the heads of children so they could graft their own heads onto their bodies and live longer.
Can you imagine having a mind like that? So dark, that youtube guy must have been in a very dark place. It stuck with me and so I guess I want to know if something like that has stuck with you too?
