For 11 years, cp was unintentionally legal in denmark after they legalized porn, something that was inadequately fixed in 1980. The scope of the problem was only clear when, in 1982, american senators told the danish PM that 85% of the cp being seized in the states comes from Denmark and the Netherlands.
