I remember being in Arizona and someone at a gas/souvenir store along the highway really trying to sell me a gun. Like hard-sell, can't take no for an answer, you have to walk out of here today with a gun type selling me a gun. Weird.

Nope. I did buy a knife from him though.
I think he assumed I was in Arizona trying to skirt gun laws and made a real effort to help me find something I could just walk out the door with sans paperwork or background checks. I guess his desire to help the poor Californian put upon by restrictive gun laws came from a good place. If I'm ever in the market for a gun I think I'll be a little more choosy though.
