I'm sure there are other successful pastors out there.
I don't know that Rick Warren is a successful pastor at all depending on the metric you use. His stuff is less theology and more watery self-help with a Jesus shtick attached. He makes his money reassuring rich people that their wealth is God showing them how awesome they are.
