He actually used to be good at it. Toni was peak Matt. I think what made it better back then is he was banned (and due to being in China he couldn't just clear cookies and make a new UID*) so he actually had a real incentive to make a new persona last. I think being back in America where he can just clear cookies and unplug his router to get a new UID/IP he's gotten lazy.
*I don't remember if Minichan was blocked by the Chinese government or if r04r just banned all Chinese ISPs. Either way, it was much harder for him to get in.
