There is a topical drug in the pipeline that is targeted directly at the pigfucker sebaceous glands that make that waxy garbage in your pores. The drug sits in the receptors that normally would receive androgen hormones that would signal the glands to be busy, and so the drug gets the glands to sit idle. In higher doses, being an androgen blocker, it is a hair growth promoter (male pattern baldness is related to a response to testosterone).
