I'm interested in hearing about the dog's texture when you give them a little scratch on the top of the head.

I don't have beasts, but I have felt the beasts of others, and what I do is rub the ear tips because they are like velvet flaps and feel nice sliding between the fingers

I agree, it's so soft that you think your fingers could slip right through them like they're not there, but if course they are and eventually the dog starts wondering Wtf you are doing and moves their head.

Very soft when petting with the grain, very scratchy against the grain. She's gotten much softer since becoming mine. I've been away for a week and apparently she keeps looking for me :( someone said my name when i was on the phone and i could hear her freak out trying to find me(Edited 5 minutes later.)
