I speculate that the camera's white balance averaged what was available in the picture. If it was set to allow us to see contrasting features of the black man, the other people would look like bright creatures of pure energy.

And if you think it's easy for me to look at such photos LoL - When I was loving and working in Australia and had some time off - In the streets of Sydney Au I came across one of those parades - The good thing about it was lots of Tits n Ass - Lesbo's on Motorcycles Topless - They called themselves Dykes on Bikes
