So where are the good terrorists that need our support? Yemen or Syria?

You better take that up with the Clinton administration currently supplying arms to the Saudis then.

Alphabetically, Syria comes before Yemen.

Here are my thoughts:
1. Alphabetically, the letter S comes before the letter Y
2. The Hillary Clinton administration is funding and arming the terrorists you are concerned about, so you should really do something to protest them. If only we lived in a world where Donald Trump got to appoint people to the head of various executive branch agencies, that would ensure that we no longer are destabilizing countries around the world or attempting to shoddily build a case for war against a country in the middle east that starts with the letters IRA.

I'll have to ask someone else I guess. You don't seem to know much at all.

What point are you even trying to make? The US only backs the SDF in Syria. The SDF are only a terror group if you buy Turkey's "SDF = YPG = PKK" line. It's Trump who, right now, is warmongering over Iran.
I've come to expect cutting-edge political commentary from you, bud, and this just isn't cutting it. :(

You're in strong disagreement with Trump, then? They're due to receive about $300M in US assistance in 2019 alone! And all those munitions, all those MRAPs, all the uniforms and training and equipment...
The largest component of the SDF is the YPG, a secular self-defence force. They're not terrorists by any sane definition.

As stated by tteh, the rulers of USA support the SDF in Syria currently, they are referred to as a "partner". Historically the has been a broader range of support for different groups in Syria. Timber Sycamore program was run by the CIA and supported several groups, some of whom later joined Al-Qaeda affiliated groups, or just took the weapons and did their own thing.
In Yemen the rulers of USA are allied to the Saudi led coalition, providing weapons, intelligence, air support. This support is to a state-actor and while arguably making the USA a co-belligerent state it's not currently been proven or tried in any court. The coalition itself, not the USA, support various smaller groups battling the Houthis, some of which may be considered terrorists.
