I had a water meter installed this morning and here is an example of the costs in pence

Bath 16.8
Four minute shower 8.4
Four minute power shower 16.8
Running tap (per minute) 1.3
Normal toilet flush 1.5
Washing machine 11.5
Eco washing machine 7.3
Dishwasher 4.2

I find the price of power showers and baths a bit odd as I have a power shower in the bath and if I use the plug I'll fill about a quarter of the bath in over 5 minutes.

Is this a high tech device that meters each valve - Tells you amount the bath uses with telemetry.

It's attached to the main water pipe coming into my flat.

It must be using the same amount of water to be the same price. Unless it's including the electric costs assocaited with a power shwe~?
