Any time someone accuses someone else of being MAtt and they are wrong, they get banned for an hour.
Any time someone accuses someone else of being MAtt and they are right, MAtt gets banned for a day.
Any time someone says "MAtt", MAtt gets banned for a year.
EDIT: As of 2019-06-27, this rule is now STRICTLY ENFORCED by all mods with the capacity to level bans. Thank you.

I remember getting a short ban ages ago. I also fully admit to playing release the trigger to get a certain trouble maker banned but it's been over a couple of years since I have done that and why? Because he now does it all on his own without my help.

Whenever Syntax uses more than 6 UIDs in a thread he should get a ban. When he refers to himself in the third person he should get a ban. Also every time he talks to himself from his multiple UIDs in the third person he should receive an extra hour ban.
