For best results use Enochian magic to summon two of the Enochian angels (see list on wikipedia) - pick one male and one female, not just one. If you aren't comfortable with messing with Enochian angels (and you'd be wise not to) then try summoning Jophiel - all you have to do is call him by name and ask for his help.
