We are not talking about Canada where they can now test your blood TWO hours after you get out of a car and charge you with drunk driving if you have over .08 level of alcohol or other drugs in your system.

Let make this clear.
In your great country...You could drive to the grocery store sober...and then drive home and sit down and start drinking beer..

THEN someone calls the cops and says they saw you weaving all over the road...and the cops can come to your house and make you blow in a breathalyzer and if you blow over the limit they can cuff you and take you to jail on DUI charge..

I think the legislature has been smoke too much legal pot..

I only took two years of law back about the time God started to make the Earth but your analysis is Bogus. IF you're already home there is NO Way cops can do breathalyzer on Ye. Reason is, take bert for instance. Them moment he gets home he is pouring Epic 5 shots down his gullet almost faster than the speed of light AND that is one of multiple Epic 5 shots.

On consideration I believe the writer of the article took liberties with our imagination about police coming to one's home...but the police are free from considering reasonable suspicion and/or probable cause on testing motorists it would seem..

That's bad law..

I think everyone just has wildly different views of what's acceptable. For example, liberals might see not doing the anthem as acceptable. To conservatives like Bert, its grossly unacceptable while racism would be a legitimate, even admirable use of free speech.

Yeah I get it, I just find it mildly amusing to point out that when conservatives say they value free speech, nine times out of ten what they actually mean is "I want to be a moronic bigot publicly and face no social consequences for my actions.". Which is fine, I guess, but then they get sand in their vaginas when someone wants to shit on the U.S. government, military, etc. like that's somehow different.

Constitutionally speaking, there is no difference between racist speech and anti-american speech. If you do not like the U.S. constitution you are free to move to another country more your speed. You might prefer Saudi Arabia or Syria.

"There is no question that all persons in the United States including unauthorized migrants enjoy the protections of the Constitution". "There is no debate about that among legal scholars."

The Fifth Amendment, as well as the Fourteenth Amendment protects everyone from deprivation of life, liberty or property without due process of law.

There have been several court decisions dating back more than a century that outline the rights of undocumented immigrants.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Zadvydas vs. Davis (2001) that "once an alien enters the country, the legal circumstance changes, for the due process clause applies to all persons within the United States."

In a Texas case, Plyler vs. Doe, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1982 that non-citizen children must get a free K-12 education.

But undocumented immigrants don’t share all of the rights held by citizens -- for example, they can’t vote in state and national elections.

He fully admits they want to work and will work. Stats prove they make more law abiding residents of US than its own citizens. Bert is two faced when it comes to law abiders. He fully admits the only reason he is not in prison for life is just because of pure luck. (There are many dead humans because of Bert)

Bert's fear is that Brown people will continue to make him look even more shiftless and lazy. Plus Brown people will pay income tax (forced withholding) and Bert feels no shame as a tax evader.

Are you aware that the very foundation for the US Constitution and Bill of Rights were made by people that were committing an illegal acts of LAW.
Civil disobedience. And you of all people whose relatives were traitors to USA. All of your southern neighbors Traitors to USA.

Of the many advantages of illegals is that they follow a long line of Illegals just as the Founders of USA were Illegals and you cannot Deny such is true. If not for them Illegals like George Washington USA wood not be what it is. We still be drinking Tea instead of Coffee.

Anyway Brown people good you shiftless and lazy bad. They want to work and pay taxes and you not so much. Brown people are law abiding and You not so much.

Seriously consider Fake anon's advice. If not Saudi, then some other country without free speech. If you can just get to like a new government instead of the American one, you'll love it. Abuse of minorities will be tolerated, and criticism of the state won't be. It's perfect for a guy like you.
