One day I had some spaghetti in a spicy sauce, and I hadn't shat in like 3 days. The pasta disagreed with me, and I sat down on the toilet shitting absolutely scalding hot diarrhea out of my ass for like 45 minutes. My asshole was burning, and I had tears in my eyes by the end of it.
Another time, I woke up after sleeping for like 6 hours, and my stomach was feeling really bad, so I went to the bathroom. I sat down and started shitting diarrhea. While this was happening, I also started to feel really nauseous. I had to stop shitting, get off the toilet, start vomiting into my diarrhea and I had to clench my anus so that the diarrhea would not spray all over the stall. I finished vomiting, got back on the toilet and start shitting diarrhea again when I needed to vomit...again.
It wasn't a fun morning.

Couple of months ago I had my first case of vomit and also at the other end ( in several many many decades) Was not because of the Asian food I consumed. All it takes is just one item in the complex mix of ingredients to be contaminated with something terrible. Took me two months to return to that restaurant.
