I generally just restart the whole PC. It's a much cleaner reset than just refreshing.

But to answer seriously: F5 normally, but Ctrl+F5 (or Ctrl+Shift+R) to force reload. Especially useful when I'm doing web dev shit and need the CSS (and/or images) to reload after modifications. Thanks.

I copy and paste all the letters in the URL one by one, then right click and select go.
