I don't want the Kindle version. I need the paperback format, but it costs £359.81. :(Maybe I could email him and politely request a free copy? I already apologised in 2012 for deleting every single post on his forum, and he forgave me.

Yikes wayyyyy wayyyyy back I met that guy when I was in Cabo San Lucas with my girlfriend at that time. Later came to find out he was some kind of famous person in town but he sounded normal to us.
