This is a true story. When I lived in Ohio, a girl invited me to her family's house for dinner. The mother cooked chicken. I am not kidding: it was overcooked and dry, of course; but she had literally not seasoned it at all! Not even salt or pepper! Just plain, white chicken meat!

Sounds more like they didn't know how to cook than just a huwhite thing. Plenty of huwhite people can cook, some even use spices beyond mayonnaise.
