According to the UK Marine Climate Change Impacts Partnership, rising seawater temperatures are attracting octopus to UK coastlines, while cold water fish like cod head north.

Why would you have sauce with octopus

I agree that Octopus by itself is great sauce free - However Grilled Octopus with Korean Barbecue Sauce or Teriyaki sauce or as the Greeks do olive oil/squeeze o lemon juice/Oregano touch of sea salt.
Svet needs to splain what that mess is because it looks OVER Sauced - Don't want the sauce to be more than what the sauce covers.

That's okay. He made up for it with some fun lobster trivia, so I've forgiven him.

If you can show me the Lobster trivia - This PM as part of a dance party I am attending the plan was to serve a mass of various shrimp dishes. Not my party or plan but because of this thread I called a fishmonger that delivers and ordered Octopus and when they asked me how I want it prepared I said do it a couple3 ways but make sure some non sauced is included and please add a carafe of Olive Oil and don't worry about any lemon other then for decorations because the host of party owns a lemon grove so for sure lots of lemons
