Obviously the person is willing. They would be well cared for, being given regular checkups, shots, and spaying/fixing as well as being given a healthy diet.
I wish I had an owner. She would be a strong stern woman with a heavy hand, showing affection when I please her and inspiring fear when not. I want her to put her collar on my neck and pet me when she sees me.
