Like for me after 70 hours you start acting all weird and shit. How long have you been awake the longest?

Around 37 hours.

Bit over 3 full days. I start getting jumpy and somewhat paranoid towards the end. Probably doesn't help it's usually stimulant-fueled, lel.

I used to play a little game with myself in college where I wouldn't sleep Wednesday or Thursday nights and then drop a bunch of acid of Friday night which would pretty much guarantee that I wouldn't sleep for the next 12 hours or so.

Two and a bit days, but it wasn't quite continuous.

I was going to a big city with some friends one day, then flying home the next day. Unfortunately, I couldn't get to sleep the night before I went to the big city. Then the next night at the airport, there weren't any reasonably priced hotels so I just stayed awake again, with a maybe 1 hour nap at the end. Finally got some decent sleep on the plane.

It was worst in the city, when I was moving around a lot. I got really groggy and at one point I started nearly falling asleep, and coming in and out of waking dreams. I tried drinking lots of Red Bull, but it did nothing.

Hoping I won't have to do that again.

It's pants when it's travel-related sleep deprivation. For me, it was mostly when studying/revising.

I think that's the worst part. The realisation that caffeine does absolutely fuck all hits you pretty hard, especially when it's your last resort. I remember being tempted to pay for those sleep-pod thingies some airports have, but I didn't trust myself to wake up in time for my flight five hours later.

No, it started with a DXM trip. Then I used redlines to stay awake through the next day, and was unable to sleep that night. Fell asleep around 10PM on the third night.

Yeah, that was my issue too. People were just sleeping on benches and at tables, but I didn't want to risk missing my flight. I couldn't exactly set an alarm either since it was a public space.
