Well the problem first of all is that it is quite specific in scope because it immediately ,as is the should be retitled Song Structure in Western Pop Music and subsumed into an article about structure of songs from a broader perspective.
Also it had a lot of weakening words about what's "common" or "usually", and entire sections were without citations, and also direct quotes within the article, I'm afraid it doesn't fit the Wikipedia style guide at all right now
