What can I do with this thing? Is it hard to crack them to play burned games? What cool things do people do with 360's? Anybody done anything with theirs? Depending on how old it is you can easily crack it to run custom firmware. If it's too recent you can still patch the DVD drive (or whatever it was, don't exactly know) to accept burned games.
I just paid some guys $20 to do mine. Need to get that crack redone for the latest line of games, though.

If only mine had a warranty on it. My father bought me an Xbox 360 on eBay for whatever reason, and now it's a broken piece of shit that lasted me for only two weeks before RRoDing.
