sex isnt bad. kids shouldnt have sex before they want to with age appropriate people. nit should be based on the person. This is better achieved with education.
except in certain cases where the adult has an awesome wang and really wants to diddle kids, then its ok if they are safe (no minorities because of the higher rates of STDs.)
