I think it's the same game-recognize-game relationship that you get between flat-earthers and hollow-earthers. They're two groups who should be at odds but don't get enough attention out of bothering each other.

Are there any groups who believe the earth is infinitely large and we just haven't explored all of it yet? I could see that being a way to reconcile the flat and hollow earths: the earth is an infinitely large sphere (and thus flat - curvature converges to zero) but also hollow.

I don't know. There are people who like to say we're all living in a simulation. Maybe there are some people out there who will be motivated to reconcile a flat and a hollow world with some kind of Minecrafterism. I don't know where they would put the Nazis in that scenario - on the moon, inside the planet, or in an Antarctic base. Maybe you just put them in any unexplored territory like map makers of old. Just label any forbidden territory on your conspiracy map "Here there be Nazis".
