Secondly, what they did seems to be attend a meeting on the hill, many of which are open to the public (and more importantly have food!), and talk about that briefing with the Iranian government, which even if all this is true, probably isn't a chargeable offense (even Flynn who they mentioned earlier was never charged with violating the Logan Act, likely because it's unconstitutional).

What actually happened is Obama officials told Congressional Democrats what their contacts in the Iranian government were thinking, and how they thought Trump's foreign policy was affecting Iran and US/Iran policies. So Jack Posobiec got it exactly ass backwards. As usual.
