If you read multiple articles of the prank - person was waiting for a bus and just decided to kill some time. He was never employed by Arby's.

Hey I am not trying to justify or support what that kid did. I despise the use of the "N" word. Just saying what he did was just a prank. I cannot even find any source that shows he was booked by police.

Back many years ago I tried a Arby's roast beef sandwich. It was shaved chips of beef, off the bone and loaded with salt. So much salt I tossed that sandwich. Now If they have moved on to sliced roast beef? I might consider tying Arby's.

This location is pure crap!
Not only are they extremely slow
The employees are careless and
Dirty and one of them, I think? The
Manager, smelled of beer. So apparently
He's drinking during work. This location
Is also dirty, and the employees are miserable
And have extremely bad attitudes. The drunk
One who smelled of beer had on a dirty filled
With crumbs and stains, black shirt. And his
Finger nails looked like there was dirt inside them.
It was so gross I didn't even want to eat there anymore. I just left. I will be contacting corporate ASAP. I'm pretty sure they was all stoned and drunk inside there. Makes a person wonder who they want touching their food I think from now on I'll just skip fast food and cook my own.
This has got to be the SLOWEST Arby's in the world! Never coming back here again! I wish I can give this place 0 stars! Came here with my daughter and our food took forever plus I ordered a cookie as well and the cookie was hard as a rock! So I went back to the drive thru and nicely told them the cookie was hard and I want another one. I can tell the white guy (cashier) was annoyed and was kinda laughing. So I waited another 15 min for a damn cookie and it was soft but tasted burnt and gross and salty so I tossed it out because after seeing those guys I definitely don't trust them and who knows what they put in my cookie! The cook walked up to the window just to see who I was...If y'all hate your job that much then quit but don't get mad over a customer complaining about a hard cookie! Super disgusted & Never coming here again!!!
Horrible food for the second time at 56th St and bell Rd burnt buns is what they are serving tonight with thick meat it's like rubber
I've spent over $27.24. I had ordered for myself and my boyfriend a beef & CHEDDAR meal and a dip n Swiss sandwich and a #9 Meal - plus a mint chocolate shake. The photo below is what was served to me excluding the philly sandwich( which was ok). The only food items that were warm was the fries. The beef & cheddar had NO cheddar, I specifically asked for the beef & cheddar it's no use to order without and the Swiss sandwich was cold and cheese was not melted. After my bf called to speak to a manger "Erica" is the name of the worker that answered the phone at 10:00pm on 12/05 and had a nasty attitude.she was extremely rude and did not try to make or diffuse the situation. We just wanted to have a hot meal and instead we got cold roast beef and a nasty argumentative employee by the name of "Erica" who hates life and her job.

Hoping owner sees this b/c just experienced the worst drive thru service ever in terms of placing an order. About 1 pm today went thru drive thru and the dude taking the order was about as rude as you could possibly be through a speaker.
The plan was to pick up food for my family on the way home. Started my order like any normal order and the guy kept interrupting me... which could be fine as I know punching in an order while people are talking and wanting to make sure the order is correct takes a little concentration and is fairly normal. But his phrasing and shortness was rude. Ordered a sandwich combo..... "you want roast beef or what?" Yes... roast beef.... "you want a combo or what?" Yes i want the combo.... "is that it?" curly fries... large Dr Pepper.... cuts me off "that it?" No... try to add some sauce.... "i believe it already comes with that". It doesn't.... i order it all the time and it never comes with it but this is for my wife and she wants the sauce.... he mumbles something i couldnt make out. Barks out my total.... i still want to add a few thing so tell him the next items.... then he barks out a new total again before i'm done ordering... so i ask why is he rushing me and he just starts laughing and giving me an attitude. Told him i'll just talk to his manager when i get to the window.
Had to wait in line now with my incomplete order taken behind a few cars... took a little while but it was lunch time but now i'm annoyed that i cannot just leave....
Get to the window and i ask for the manager. He is there... young guy as the manager and he did the basics... apologized... starting to try and make an excuse for his employee but caught himself i think and just continue to apologize which is probably all he could do so no hard feelings there. Said he would let the owner know but I don't expect that message will get to the owner. Plus they were somewhat busy so just seemed like he was just wanting to apologize and move on... which i understand. He offered to take the rest of my order since i explained how many times i was cut off.. but at this point... i didn't feel comfortable taking the food knowing someone who cares so little about his job is working there and who knows what we be done to my food at that point. So i left without any food and may never go back to this location... which sucks b/c Arby's is one of my favorite places and this is closest location to my house. I probably eat there once a week.
So in summary... the guy taking orders had little to know training and how to interact with customers, had a serious attitude problem, blew my sale completely and i promise blows numerous opportunities to either up sell or suggest additional items. So this employee is now earning this location poor reviews and losing the owner money. Saying "or what?" Or "is that it" over and over with an attitude and cutting people off isn't good service. I'm a very patient person so it takes a lot for me to speak up when someone is being rude. Manager tried... probably didn't have the personality or authority to address it properly so no sense escalating things. So he was fine.
It is too bad b/c there are a lot of good people looking for work that would take pride in the work that they do... in this case you have some clown taking up space who probably shouldn't be interacting with people and quite possibly wouldn't take pride in anything he does.
I'm actually sorry i have to write this. I don't trust them handling my food.
