He doesn't actually respect bill Clinton fyi. This is just the FART playbook of on the one hand talking about how democrats have treated black people badly because of policies xyz, while secretly thinking those policies were actually good. It's all misdirection and dishonesty which is annoying but since they're dumb they can't actually argue things on their own merits.
