Topic: The annual legally-mandated Minichan tranny census

This law was created in order to assess the number of regular Minichan posters who are trannies, whether MTF or FTM. Our Civil Engineers and Demographic Experts have been working hard for several months now to assemble this census and list, and we want to make sure that it is complete and accurate. Here is the official list of Minichanners who are transsexual. If you are a tranny, and you are not on this list, please reply immediately so that we can publish the census as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
