Thank gawd. To be honest most stoner themed comedies aren't great, but they aren't awful either.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Those are the most drug oriented comedies I can think of. A lot of movies involving drugs/pot, but not many that are specifically comedies. I threw Homegrown in as an example of a good movie involving drugs that isn't a comedy.
