It was about my friend and how he doesn't want to change doctors because of a small fee, either because he can't afford it even though it's big pay day or because he doesn't think it's worth it EVEN THOUGH HE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF IT AND HIS UNTREATED CONDITION

For money? That's the thing, it really doesn't make sense that it's not enough of it. So I'm a bit puzzled, a bit confused really. I think maybe both of them (who are friends and Syrians) did not know about the option to change doctors, but then why make it sound like the small fee is a issue? This is some strange shit.
