That’s a slightly above average part of the (inner) city. Its property values are moderately high, but the housing is decently mixed amongst single families, rental homes, and apartments. It’s an older neighborhood with very little infill construction, so it’s still quite hip without a whole lot of the gentrification that is happening to areas that have had more minorities and lower property values.
It gets a bit less nice up in the North and Northeast neighborhoods, and the suburbs are their usual trainwrecks, but, yes, it’s nice and there are much nicer neighborhoods.
