@previous (Ben Johnson ?) > I'm settling some TV's on Craigslist
Steps
1:With a sharp knife, remove your penis. Flush remains, because it's illegal to sell on Craigslist.
2:Twist off your testes with pliers. Save remains in a Styrofoam container.
3:Post testes for sale on Craigslist. (Sell only as a pair)

I used to be a vendor rep for Sharp. No one ever wanted to buy Sharp :(
This was about the time they had the "Quattron" which was the yellow subpixel so the TVs had RBGY instead of RGB subpixels. They were advertised heavily with commercials featuring George Takei from Star Wars. I could not tell the difference and neither could anyone else, apparently.
The reason why is because the CCLF and LED backlights they were using only had RGB phosphors/LEDs so while they did have a yellow pixel, there was no actual yellow light coming from the backlight so it made no difference.

@998,246 (Ben Johnson ?)
Did you at least tell them about the Quattron yellow subpixel?
Oh god the other fun thing about being a vendor rep in the early 2010s was 3DTV. Every fucking brand had a different, incompatible 3D system and there was no 3D content and the 3D content that WAS available was also brand specific and it looked like total shit and the glasses gave people headaches and motion sickness and it was just a fucking mess and I'm glad it's gone now.

Watching in 3D is kind of neat, but after a while it just becomes normal like 2D viewing... your brain just gets used to it.
