Does Canada not have an equivalent of the ada? If it's obvious enough to impede interviewing, it's equally obvious enough that not hiring him because of the cleft pallet would probably be illegal.

Since I live in the same town, and am living in a van, I do eat with her a couple times a week that's mostly to make up for the 12 years I've been an adult and an inconsiderate son but I don't constantly ask for her help

If he was proactive, the interview would happen, he'd realize they weren't going to hire them,and then contact the Canadian version of the BBB or the ADA, and get shit figured out.
