How's Brexit working out? Isn't Europe holding its European parliamentary elections this week? I'll bet you Brits are happy to not have to do that anymore!

It's going as expected really. Granted... no one could truly predict this mess but we all knew the global elites were never going to make it easy. We're not even following a path out of the EU, we're creating our very own path through a thick wood. You got to admire Britain for always forging our own path. God save the queen!!!
Anyway, the end goal is to quit the EU which I believe will happen eventually but if it's delayed then so be it, at least we can have a little fun along the way and get our guy Nigel in the EU parliament again.

It's not that simple. The reason so many of our MPs want a deal is to protect the UK's trade and imports. A no deal scenario will jeopardise our economy quite significantly.

You're going to have to negotiate trade deals with countries on your own now with no EU common market to incentivize people to actually deal with you. This is so stupid. It's like if California decided it would secede from the U.S. It just isn't going to get the same deals that it can if it remains with the other states. I'm watching your country implode in slow motion and it's so depressing.

...And in a time when our NHS is struggling, poverty is rampant, and many of ours schools struggle financially, a grievous blow to our trade could hardly come at a worse time.

Actually, the vote was only to leave. Nothing was said about how. A deal, and waiting to negotiate one, still abides by it.

You are clearly just making shit up as you go along and it's obvious. You wanted to brexit and you didn't care the consequences. Now you are staring the consequences in the face and you are just wildly throwing around ideas that you hope would make it not as bad as you know it's going to be. "WTO Rules" wasn't even on your radar when you voted to brexit and now you're hoping those magic words will somehow undo the reality that you are going from being part of the world's largest trading economic collection of countries to being all alone left to fend for yourself. It's stupid and childish and backwards and you don't have the slightest idea what you're doing.

We were meant to sink into the ground in 2016. Each year that American dick head who's head of the bank of England warns us of stagnation and recession then he has to revise his forecast to growth.

The UK is in the top 6 largest economies. Countries will queue up to set up a trade deal. No one can afford to have the UK fail. The (((elites))) have set the world economy up in such a way that if any country goes under it's a disaster for all. Look how everyone panicked over Greece going down the shitter

Of course we haven't gotten the worst of it yet, we haven't left yet. We still have all of our trading an imports in place.
Like I said, let's just look at things one or two years after we actually leave. I think you'll be (un)pleasantly surprised!

Maybe but EU trade deals were trade deals that had to suit all 28 countries. To get them signed all 28 had to agree which often meant making compromises and accepting agreements that were not always in your best interests. Soon we can make trade deals that are tailored purely for the UK and don't involve France, Romania, Belgium, Luxemburg etc
..

Under WTO rules a country can continue to trade under their previous deals for up to two years. In that time we can sort out our own bespoke trade deals.
