I know most of you kids won't understand, but all the FOX alien autopsy, Roswell, Area 51, free energy conspiracy theory shit you hear today came largely from his insane rantings. He was a pretty big figure in the whole fake Majestic-12 documents that brought the whole alien thing to prominence pre-X-Files.
Pretending aliens landed in New Mexico was a major theme of your books and the later part of your life. Pretending there was a major conspiracy to cover it up (and a conspiracy to cover up the conspiracy, and maybe one to cover up that too, and maybe nuclear powered moon probes because Buzz Aldrin was replaced by a nuclear-powered robot... or something) was a passion that you would milk for everything it was worth.
Anyway, RIP Stanton Friedman. I will miss your weird-ass rantings. You always showed me what crazy looked like without even blinking at the challenge.(Edited 2 minutes later.)
