My ex wife is Jewish and I am not. She has a life history of schizophrenia and I was awarded main custody over our son. I have made it clear than my son is not going to be circumsised. Instead he will be allowed to make up his own mind and decide on his identity and can later be circumsised when he is an adult. My ex wife agreed to this but being the nutcase that she is has tried to get my som circumsised behind my back (she failed thankfully as I was tipped off if you will excuse the pun). She and the Rabbi in question have been visited by the police and I want to press charges against both of them (I am meeting with the police later this week). What is my best legal avenue for this? I am also going to press for full legal custody as obviously my ex wife cannot be trusted and make a legal complaint about the Rabbi.

I think you might you find this topic unfavorable. Who knows, maybe you fear a doctor cutting on a little boy's penis because you feel like your mother and father conspired to take a piece of your own penis away? Maybe you feel some jealously in regard to your own father, about your perceived lack of manhood? No? I think this topic might strike a nerve with you for some deep, unexplored feelings. It's not my fault if you maybe saw your dad naked and decided that you could never live up to what he did to possess your mom. Maybe you saw them fucking and got jealous as a little kid. Most the stuff you think and feel is traceable back to your childhood trauma. You should try to relax and work though it.
