I don't know. It would be my second offence and would depend on the amount. I would definitely go to court but being of good character and able to show remorse I would most likely get a fine and/or community service.
We don't have the USAmerican prison/jail system over here. You only have prisons and they are state ran and funded so courts are really not keen to send non violent offenders away.
