Not at all. I don't have any forearm tattoos but a lot of my friends do. They don't really effect job prospects and our generation are used to tattoos by now. I don't think a lot of people have prejudice for tattoos.

I find them aesthetically pleasing. I've always wanted one. Could easily get more ink around it if/when I decide on a full sleeve.

If you want it, go for it. Just wear a long-sleeve shirt or something to work. Besides, you could do a lot worse. I saw a program where a guy had a cannabis leaf tattoo on his neck. Somehow he had a job by the end of it.

I would just wear a long sleeved shirt to the job interview. They can't fire me for having a tattoo. Most employers don't mind that much (unless you have "FUCK NIGGERS" scrawled on your arm or something), it's nowhere near as bad as a neck/hand/face tattoo.

Elbow tats can be cool, but only as part of a set, you pretty much have to have some bicep work going and maybe even a little forearm action. Tats rock when they look good, placement, size, colors etc, but they suck when they don't.
