I did. But melatonin dosing varies from condition to condition. The supplement I got contains 3mg, which is the low end of dosing for both of these conditions. So, hopefully it is enough. I really just want to sleep well.

Just take twice the recommended dosage unless there are adverse side effects.

Did he cry to the mods? Respect is earned, not given. He constantly talks down about people, but cries any time he is talked down to. Or does all the shit he talks about Trip, stoners, gamers, anyone who disagrees with him not count?

Yeah, whatever. Antihistamine. I've seen kids prescribed a huge dose just to keep them stupid through the day. Do you do that before bed? How does that treat you? Do you ever have vivid dreams? Do have sleep paralysis? I'm actually curious. That's been used for a long while, but often in concert with some other things.
EDIT: Are you taking those in concert with other drugs?

I take prescription drugs as well and I have had sleep paralysis two and a half times and I usually don't temembet dreams unless they happen right before I wake and it isn't that often
My most frequent dream is having to keep safe something that everyone refers to and treats a a baby. Sometimes it is an actual child, but sometimesimes it is a kitten, rat, gerbil, or animal that doesn't exist

Sleep paralysis sounds cool but I've never experienced it :(

It's weird, but I've had the same dream on occasion.

It's fucking terrifying. It would maybe be cool if it weren't for the fact it always involves something scary as shit, like a large shadowy mass slowly making its way towards you, while you're unable to move. 0/10 would not experience again.

It seems it could be pleasant. Like you're so relaxed you literally cannot move.

Now this is the sort of sleep paralysis I'd be up for.
I'd love to know how that transpired, btw.

Except your heart is beating at 150bpm and you're experiencing abject terror. Might be alright if you're shagging a ghost, but otherwise pretty unpleasant.

I've heard that, but I have a morbid fascination with full body hallucinations. Even though I've taken too much bupropion, and hallucinated because of it. It was not fun, but it does not stop me from being overly fascinated with hallucinations.
After learning about Joseph Kallinger, I really want to kick this fascination deep down. Yet, it still remains.

The first time I had one (that I consider to be the half) I never took medications besides weed. It was on 9/11. I was laying in bed and the phone rang. I picked it up and heard this horrible, distorted jabbering. I was frozen in terror for what felt like forever. Soon I snapped out of it and realized that there was never a phone call. I turned on the tv and it was the news showing the twin towers going down.

I have dreams with premonitions, sometimes. My brother is visted in his dreams by a dog headed man, carrying a shiny gold object in his left hand, anytime someone in my family is about to die.
That sounds a little creepy, I honestly don't know how I would react to sleep paralysis. I like to think that I could keep calm.

I was just curious about the sleep meds. I won't ask about the prescription meds. It gets weirdly personal. Sorry. Thanks though. It's a data point, at least in my head.
I'm sorry about the sleep paralysis. I am. I hear it can be a horrible thing. It's kind of something I've wanted to experience since I heard about it. I know that might weird. I'm weirdly jealous.

I don't mind talking about the meds
At 10:30 pm I take a Xanax and a buproprian
At 11:30 I take a melatonin
At 12:00 I take a muscle relaxer
At 12:30 I take a gabapentin and resperidone
At 1:00 I take the Doxylamine
When I have more time later I will talk about the other two sleep paralysis incidents
Also my stepfather gets them frequently and is on no medication

Wow. You stay awake for that schedule of meds? Like regularly? I guess I could if needed to, but wow... I honestly don't know. I know people who would see the walls melting an hour after the Xanax. You must have a pretty military sense of time. That's impressive that you can do that. Not everyone has that response to Xanax, it's more than a few people though.
Did you have to go on meds before your sleep paralysis events or was later?
I'm sorry, I'm really just personally curious. *You can ask the mods, errr Meta at least* I'm actually just really curious about your personal experience on those meds.

I have an adrenal gland disorder so "downers" don't affect me in the same way as other people.
For the first sleep paralysis I never took anything but marijuana.
But for the second two I was on the stated meds
