I remember I got into a debate about siestas with a Mexican client once. I was trying to convince him that it wasn't natural for humans to sleep at midday. He was saying something about Mexicans and other cultures doing it because of midday heat but I think that's just a misconception they have. The midday has never bothered me like that.
