My brother didn't want to move it to his new home, cause it is heavy. I didn't realize he was talking about one from our childhood. This couch is at least 14 or 15 years old, and both recliners in it still work.

It looks like those cupholders would fit that drug combustion device you have sitting there, but you aren't using them, which has confused me. The composition of the photo may have suffered but you are doing yourself a disservice not using the cupholders.

It may be made by Sharp brand, Onn is a walmart brand. I bought it, cause it cost me less than 150 bucks, and I needed a bigger TV for my apartment.
The holes in what?

it looks comfy! I obtained two leather couches when my ex got kicked out, they're quite nice but i dont like leather furniture and there's no space for them where im moving anyway so im leaving them for the new tenants

So, your ex didn't pay the rent, you kicked him out and kept his stuff as collateral, now you're kicked out as well, and leaving flea infested street find furniture for the new people to have to clean out?

Im not kicked out, im transferring my lease because i dont wanna deal with the place any more
The lease is only in my name, even when i wasnt getting the rent from the ex i paid for it because i dont want the hit to my credit
The furniture is brand new and clean and im not going to leave anything they dont want, the new tenants already said they want the couches

I didnt ask for any money for the couches, they're paying for the appliances (since me and my roommate bought them recently), they're nice people and broke students and it saves me the work of carrying them out
If they offer when we do another walk-through and confirm what they want/what we're tossing outside ill take something but otherwise im not too fussed
Its a really nice loft and im glad it's going to some really nice people (they're my friend's current roommates, they live in the same complex just across the lot) who will make it feel homey again, it just has bad vibes for me after everything that happened

If they aren't going to buy it why not sell it on craigslist? $50 and the buyer picks it up, then use that to buy beers for your friends after they help you move.

Im moving two days after i finish my exams, i hate being in that loft, theres a bunch of fucking crap in there that my jackass roommate keeps bringing in so theyd be a pain in the ass to bring out until he gets his shit out, and theyre honestly really nice new couches that the new tenants (who i quite like) want and id feel good helping them out
I think the ex claimed he was given them as partial payment for a moving job
There's a bunch of stuff that belong to my ex's friends (who live right fucking across the parking lot) still in there, if its not gone by the first im throwing it all in the fucking dumpster...or next to the dumpster if im feeling nice. I just essentially dont want to deal with any of this.
Anything that's being left for the new guys is nice stuff that belongs to me that they want, im not leaving the place trashed or full of crap

Well i just found my gamecube (among other things of mine) in a box of stuff he had packed up to move out with
Continually leaves the stove and toaster oven on, which caused cat to get burned, was a dick about it when i asked him to be more careful, then left the window open so the cat got out and got hurt more after i asked him not to do so. but cat usually just walks up and down the windowsill outside, not jumping off, so with everything else im worried he hurt my cat.

I know that feeling. Give him an opportunity to pick it up. if he does not want to adhere to the conditions set forth, then throw his shit out. Preferably at a random dumpster, which you do not use.

I mean he has the key to the place and I'm always at a neighbour's loft because i hate the place, im worried he will notice and attempt to retaliate in some way for me going through his boxes or whatever the fuck
Neither animal is going back there, im hoping to get my stuff out by tomorrow, but maybe he'll like punch holes in the drywall or something
At least if his stuff is gone i have some pre emptive satisfaction but i probably won't do that

Yup
One graduated from oxford and has gone into teaching
One has always had a steady job in renovations and has gone back to school for vidya gayme design (i know i know)
One is kinda coasting by playing in bands doing regular shitty jobs normal 20s shit, not a loser or a deadbeat tho
Two became full-on losers and one is dead
Also the loser roommate is a loser roommate, never anything romantic or sexual there
