I dunno why a rivalry exists between Amerifags and Britfags, they think we're over the top cowboys, and we think they're silly and odd, but beyond those minimal cultural differences there is no reason to attack each other. I have all my teeth and over the years it cost a bit to keep them as such. No dental issues in a decade. I did lose one tooth but one amazing impacted wisdom tooth moved on in and made a perfect replacement. The three other wisdom teeth had to be removed.

So let's explain this chart @OP posted and was misinterpreted.

As someone mentioned, it's quite unrealistic that 12 year old kids were interviewed, more realistic is, they took their medical records for statistic purposes.
Since the folks in the UK just don't give a fuck about teeth (everyone had fucked up teeth) they don't go to the dentist, so they have no medical records. The few ones that care about their teeth, obviously have good teeth so UK scored well.

On the other hand, countries like Czech Rep. or Poland (even Slovenia) have dentist check ups once a year as part of elementary school, so all kids go to it and all kids have medical records. And most of the kids get their teeth fixed so the have let's say 4 filled teeth instead decayed/missing teeth.
