Federal Trial Yesterday after Jury was picked and seated for opening statements because Apple sued Qualcomm for Billions many Billions because they said the contracts they signed with Qualcomm were unfair and 2Costly. (Apple of course posted record earnings during such time)Alas after two years getting to court at the point of trial start - Apple threw in the towel and agreed to pay Qualcomm an unstated number of Billions of $$$ (sources on web say) and agreed to a 6 to 8 years of new contracts for 5G chips and as one can view the Qualcomm stock rose in price.
Apple stopped using Qualcomm chips a couple of years ago and switched to Intel and of course performance was well SLOW.
Intel even opened a facility here in San Diego down the street from Qualcomm in attempt to siphon off Engineers to solve the SLOW problem of 4G and then to find a way to get into 5G.
Moments after Apple settled the court case, Intel said they were quitting the Mobile Market and 5G was out of the question for them.
Surf 2day kinda of er not so much still Fun yet we ALL kept eyes wide open for a Great White Shark spotted yesterday south of here.

As all mods are aware I have kept up my posting schedule except a small slow down just b4 the Apple-Qualcomm trial started. My only fail was not buying as much stock because I felt like I was betting and after my final bet with Brexit I was just a weeee bit shy about going overboard. I must admit I had no clue Apple wood throw in the towel in total. I was 100% sure they wood eventually because with them plagued with 4G issues and 5G pressures mounting they wood have no choice to at least hedge their bets with Intel. For sure I never wood have bet on Intel giving up so quickly.
