Topic: Kettlebells, do you use them?

I'm thinking of getting into them. You can work out your entire body, and it doesn't require a lot of equipment.

What would someone getting started need? How many kettle bells and what weights?

I was thinking of 2 10-lb ones to learn movements and maybe 1 50lb for leg and back stuff (I haven lifted in like 2 years, but my back and legs are still pretty strong. I got a 300-lb tub up a flight of steps with the help of only a female who can't lift shit).

Is there something you would recommend?

Also, any good programs to start with? I found a bunch on the Internet. I like compound lifts so I don't need a bunch of exercises. I'll be using YouTube videos to get form down. I was liftin for like 8 months, so I can squat, deadlift with proper form.
