No! I'd love some little mini beef raviolis right now
I just didn't know he did crawfish tails

@OP
This watery seafood casserole splashed haphazardly into a bowl is like a slap in the face to our resident food presentation artist bert, whoms dedicated series of "burger, fries, and ketchup on a plate." is both visually stunning and satisfyingly fulfilling.

So that is dessert. Anyway, next time I suggest you serve your stew over a bed of rice OR put rice in the center. Usually crawfish are cooked in a spicy mix and rice is perfect. Exception is when one eats them out of the shell where they are alive just before the boil. Then corn is the preferred accompiant.

I do not care what people typically pair with them. I was feeling lazy, and did not want to cook other things. I had crawfish and rice last weekend, anyway.

Among other places, you can find them at asian markets. They do lose a lot when frozen.
