I replied "at least I'll die doing what I loved" ??????I think the doctors are full of shit btw and my triglycerides are high from the good kind (ie from dairy and meat), not the bad kind from hydrogenated soybean oil and shit. The previous sentence is not a joke, by the way. I really do think dairy/meat fat is good for you.

I'm heading to the store to buy another half gallon of half and half and a quart of heavy whipping cream. I mix them together into a concoction I call "half and half and half" because it's half half and half and half cream.
I dislike whole milk (don't even get me STARTED on 2% and skim milk ?) because it's so watery. It's like not even tasty.

Btw... ever seen pics of people at Woodstock or picks of everyone before the '70s..
Everyone back then is thin not fat...because they did not eat processed foods..
You can eat bacon eggs every morning and steak for lunch and dinner a d be healthy...I'm just starting to wrap my head around it..
