Yes, wikileaks is a huge supporter of censorship via authority. It isn't though and so what you're saying makes no sense.

That this should happen in London of all places makes it so much more worse. It's so dishonorable and in such scale, that I'm afraid honor itself has been dealt a critical blow. I should know what honor in a critical condition looks like, believe me.

That was the political purpose of it and its been shamefully carried out in front of us all. The man has been a political prisoner for so long and in such conditions that I'm afraid the lines are going to be a little blurred now, when it comes to what you can do to people that is.

Suddenly Fake anon takes a hard line against asylum when the asylum seeker doesn't support his views. Let me guess... he holds wrong opinions.

For what it's worth I think the charges he got arrested for are weak and he'll probably not face any serious prison time (I could see him being found not guilty even), but the dude was leaking shit about the Ecuadorian government while he was in their embassy. He's has zero sense of self-preservation.

What? He was arrested for skipping bail. Even though the original charges were dropped that is still a crime. Or do you mean the charges of Swedish rape which can mean anything from spreading your legs too wide on a train to removing a condom during sex (the actual reason he was arrested)

Julian P. Assange, 47, the founder of WikiLeaks, was arrested today in the United Kingdom pursuant to the U.S./UK Extradition Treaty, in connection with a federal charge of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion for agreeing to break a password to a classified U.S. government computer.
The rest of what you wrote is similarly drivel.

I'd be shocked if he didn't get charged with more stuff at some point but as of now he hasn't been.

You used an American website to cite how a man was arrested in the UK. Obviously they will only talk about the charge coming from the US. The main charge against him was for skipping bail on the Swedish arrest warrent.

Ok but that's European law which is mostly just men in wigs pretending anything they say actually matters.

When Maggie announced the arrest before those men in wigs they clapped and clappled and cheered.
