A weird cause of death is when people get stuck upside down in a weird position and slowly suffocate. One guy did that while leaning over and retrieving his sneakers from the bottom of a rolled up gym map. His parents called it a conspiracy and did some shady practices to try and push a lawsuit.
Another young guy ended up upside down behind his car seat. He called 911 but the paramedics couldn't find his car and he died.
